Silicon Carbide Cold Air Pipe
- [Introduction]: Silicon carbide cold air pipes have good resistance to rapid cooling and heating, long-term use without deformation, and the service life is more than 10 times that of stainless steel pipes.
The function of silicon carbide cold air pipe mainly includes the following four points:
1. Forcibly and rapidly cool the green body after high-temperature calcination, and make the green body meet the physicochemical properties and strength requirements of ceramic products.
2. The quenching air acts as an air curtain during the firing of the roller kiln, preventing the flue gas in the firing zone from flowing backwards into the cooling zone.
3. Use the pressure difference and temperature difference between the upper and lower winds of the quenching air to control the deformation of the green body.
4. By adjusting the size of the quenching air volume, the pressure and atmosphere system of the kiln can be affected.

- Our Packing
The two packing methods we use are plywood box packing and solid wood packing, with the solid wood box requires a fumigation certificate. Depending on the various products, we will tailor the proper packaging box; Plastic foam measuring 2 cm to 3 cm thick is placed within the box and secured with row nails. To maintain the products safety during shipment, packing tape is typically used.
