Mold Fee
Because silicon carbide ceramic products are customized products, for a new product, if we do not have a mold, you need to pay for the mold. Of course, we will agree on a purchase quantity and meet the requirements, and we will refund the mold fee to you.

Delivery Date
After we receive your drawings, we will determine a delivery date based on your order quantity. There are also some uncommon situations that will affect delivery, such as the holding of the National Olympic Games, national environmental inspections, and other national policy constraints.
Package
Our products are packed in wooden boxes, and we will send you the complete package photo and videos before shipping. At the same time, we will pay for the insurance. If you receive the goods, please check the packaging first to make sure it is correct before you sign for it. If you have any questions, please contact our sales staff.
Warranty
Our silicon carbide ceramic products will be guaranteed for 1 year and free replacement. If there’s human or mechanical improper operation, we don’t bear the warranty. At present, there’re many products using more than 5 years, the quality is reliable.
Payment
You can use Western Union, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept by T/T for the payment.
