  • [Introduction]: Silicon carbide element is a tubular non-metallic high-temperature heating component. It is mainly made of high-quality green silicon carbide, and processed through billet forming, high-temperature silicidation and recrystallization. Compared with metallic electric heating elements, this product boasts outstanding performance advantages including high working temperature, excellent oxidation resistance, great corrosion resistance, long service life, low deformation rate, as well as simple installation and maintenance.
  • Our silicon carbide elements adopt cutting-edge cold-end production technology. They feature optimal heat resistance and cold-end resistance ratios, energy conservation and extended service life. Meanwhile, this technology effectively avoids furnace body damage caused by excessive cold-end temperature.

Silicon carbide elements are widely applicable to various high-temperature electric furnaces and other electric heating equipment. They are commonly used in magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, ceramics, glass, metallurgy and machinery industries.

The two packing methods we use are plywood box packing and solid wood packing, with the solid wood box requires a fumigation certificate. Depending on the various products, we will tailor the proper packaging box; Plastic foam measuring 2 cm to 3 cm thick is placed within the box and secured with row nails. To maintain the products safety during shipment, packing tape is typically used.
